Everyone that comes to the salon knows that the owner Paris loves for everyone to have a good time when they visit. Before the Covid19 pandemic occurred every Friday and Saturday was known as “Relaxation Day”. Even though we may need it everyday now!! From hand crafted cocktails, small but sometimes BIG plates and desserts “We gets it in!” We don’t do it as much as we use to so I decided to share just a few of our most popular recipes with you to try at home. We welcome your best recipes as well! Feel free to bring in a dish and if it favored we will post your recipe as well! Great styles! Good music! Good food and drinks! That’s Paris and Company!

— Manhattan —
2pt rye whisky, 1pt sweet vermouth, 2 dashes bitters, Cherry for garnish
— Dark & Stormy —
4pt black rum, 6pt ginger beer, 1pt lime
— Martini —
6pt gin, 1pt vermouth, olive, lemon twist
— Caipirinha —
1 2/3oz. cachaça, 2tsp. brown sugar, lime wedge
— White Russian —
1 pt vodka, 1 pt coffee liqueur, 1pt heavy cream
1pt = 1/2oz.

16oz. Lipton sugar sweeten tea w/ lemon, 2lit sprite, 1/5 vodka, 8 juice of lemons

— RUMCHATA BALLS —

Serves: 24 balls
INGREDIENTS
2-1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers (about 75 wafers)
1 cup ground pecans
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons baking cocoa
⅓ cup rumchata
4 tablespoons honey
Additional confectioners' sugar and/or crushed vanilla wafers
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine wafers, pecans, sugar and cocoa.
Combine honey and rumchata.
Add the rumchata mixture to the wafer mixture.
Form into balls (makes about two dozen)
Roll in additional confectioners sugar.
